Privacy Policy

The seller is the controller for Hub accounts. Products process customer content as processor for the tenant (see DPA). We collect account identity, billing, usage needed to run the service, and support communications. We do not sell personal information. Lawful bases: contract, legitimate interests (security, fraud), legal obligation (tax invoices), and consent where required (functional cookies beyond the strictly necessary set). Retention: account for the life of the tenant plus five years for tax records; deleted tenant data after the 90-day cancellation window unless law requires longer. Rights: access, correction, deletion, objection, and a complaint to the Information Regulator (South Africa). Cross-border processing is listed in the DPA schedule when used.
